As the general manager of a fast paced restaurant I am responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience. From the moment a customer walks through the door they feel appreciated and valued. Crew members are taught to understand why the experience drives sales and how creating a perfect experience retains customers. Creating the perfect experience begins with training crew members effectively, focusing on the why behind our actions. Understanding leads the crew members to make decisions effectively and contributes to the store’s success. Inventory levels and scheduling provide the team with the tools they need to succeed and are a major focus. My goal is to set my team up to succeed.In the past I have worked in both retail and hospitality. From managing large box store inventory levels to the front end customer experience in restaurants, I have been able to apply my skills and expertise to build teams that are geared towards the future.I am truly passionate about providing the highest quality of customer service. My competitive nature drives me to achieve results and to constantly set new goals. Tracking the customer experience is essential to any plan and I ensure that I am in constant contact with customers so that I can improve on their experience. The highlight of my job is hearing directly from customers that our food is amazing, how happy the crew looks and that they will be coming back because we created an enjoyable atmosphere.
