Having worked for various contractors on gas contracts at all levels over the past 20 years gives me a good background in Welding, testing and installing Polyethelene pipe.SDD-JVShanganagh treatment plant,Installing pipes from 25mm up to 315mm for fowl, water and gas.Testing from low to 24 bar.East west interconnector. Eirgrid project.Volker - infra.Butt weld 1.5 km of 250mm. This project met with a high safty standard. I also had to internally debead the pipe's as to give a smooth internal surface for cables to rest. Carlow town up grade works.Walls eng ltd for Wills Bros ltd.180mm by pass over the Barrow bridge to allow constant working of fowl pipe. This allowed time for trench works to be done on the bridge for me to install a 400mm pipe to replace the existing one. No distruption to flow while this job was carried out.Mahers Tipperary.Butt weld 900mts of 355mm in 135mt lenghts. Then Electrofuse lenghts together when placed in position for a pumped water feed.DWCE LTD.Thurles water rehabilitation contract.Thomastown water rehabilitation contract. Tullamore Water Rehabilitation works.Featherd Cloneen Water rehabilitation works.Graignamanagh Water rehabilitation works.Drogheda water rehabilitation works.All works on behalf of DWCE were of Ductile and PE pipe work ranging from 110 mm to 355 mm.Nenagh multi utility project for DWCE on behalf of Balfour Beatty CLG,This involved welding water mains of 180mm and 250mm with all services hydrants and connections.
