Tom has designed important people development programs with non-conventional methodologies and led projects in Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela.In 2005, he developed the model that Merck's Chemical Division used to develop its sales force in managing the relationship with their customers, which was implemented in different companies throughout South America.He directed the implementation of the Effective Communications Program for Belcorp in all countries of the Latin American region, to improve the effectiveness of the commercial process of the more than 3,000 people that made up the company's sales force.Since 2009 he worked with the Andean Commission of Jurists as a consultant on the psychological factors of social conflict, within the Implementation and Technical Assistance project for Conflict Management Units for Regional Governments, being co-author of the Conflict Resolution manual published by CAJ.He designed non-conventional learning methodologies used by the School of Business of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), which increased student satisfaction in learning as well as results in terms of the integration of applied knowledge. He was also the main education advisor for the COSAPI Corporate University, and the main education advisor for the Construction Management career offered by Multi-million Contractor company G&M. He is now an academic advisor and part of the faculty staff for GERENS School of Business for the Mining Industry.Between 2018 and 2021 he was the Director of Learning & Development for all ALS (Australia) companies in South America and Saudi Arabia.Currently, he is the Main Partner for Game Changer from Zagreb, Croatia, serving countries in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East in the design and implementation of High-end Knowledge & Strategy solutions.Since 2023 he is a member of the Directing team Inspiratus BV, a Belgian company with operations in Europe, África and America, currently holding the Strategic Management and Business Development processes. He has advised clients such as CAF (Andean Development Corporation), SABMiller, Credito Group, Romero Group, Scotiabank, National Bank of Perú, Newmont, Xtrata, Glencore, Volcan, Votorantim, MMG, Statkraft, LATAM, Arca Continental (Coca-Cola), TASA, Fortuna Entertainment Group, Komatsu, Cummins, among many others.
