I've started in the tyre retail industry 1999 as a sales representative, work my way up in the company, later i became the sales manager at Max T solutions in Randfontein, There was no branch manager at the time and the branch did just over 800k T/O per month, within 8 months my team and I reach the 2 million mark, Within the year I was promoted to Business manager at the OTR Branch, the biggest Branch Max T solutions had, we've then changed the company trading name to Bridgestone commercial, the branch did between 15 million and 20 million a month. A year later our team of 6 sales reps did over 35 million, the best turnover any branch in company history! Our core business was in the mining sector, selling tyres, accessories and services, I've managed a team of 144 employees at different locations Nelspruit, Rustenburg, Kroonstad, Witbank and Carltonville. For me this is the best goals we've achieved as a team. In business management I was responsible for SalesAdminStock Safety Debtors Creditors Budgets Vehicles Cost management HR related issues that needed to be handled Meetings with Unions House keeping Security HR was not one of my strong points so I then decide to brush up on HR and studied for a Diploma in Human Resources management and practices NQF L5, this took me tree years to complete I've graduated in 2018. I've done all different aspects of business management and I'm ready to become a regional manager or General manager, but to make sure I've covered my basis in business management I've decided to further my knowledge and enrolled for a Diploma in Business management NQF L6 this year 2022 is my 2nd year, I should be able to graduate next year 2023.
