• Responsible for IT infrastructure management and maintenance (endpoints/ printers/ /switches/ routers/ VPNs/ firewall/ servers/ TV monitors/ Data backups etc);• Responsible for the Global AVAYA voip and AVAYA meeting center system maintenance;• Responsible Guangzhou Hardware and network installation, configuration, cabling and testing• Responsible Global anti-virus server installation and configuration;• Responsible Guangzhou IT Server room daily check and maintenance;• Responsible for IT guidelines and standard software installation instructions• Making Company IT annual budget and plan;

Responsible for Guangzhou site hardware and software management and maintenance;Responsible for IT assets management (desktops/ laptops/ printers etc);Responsible for the implementation of IT policy in the factory and make sure it is in compliance with the Headquarter.

1) Responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of computers and office equipment in Guangzhou site.2) Manage the work of engineers and coordinate their duties and supervise the situation of regional services;3) Responsible for the installation, maintenance, adjustment and updating of computers, server software;4) Responsible on the IT assets and licenses inventory management;5) Daily check engineer’s report and feedback;
