I am also a sports play-by-play announcer who broadcasts Coppell Cowboys baseball on Champion Sports Radio & CSR-TV and the "Big Game Friday Night Feature Game" (a slate of 11 of the biggest high school football games in Texas) on KBTX-TV in Bryan-College Station. I also fill in broadcasting basketball, soccer, baseball and volleyball for University of Texas at Dallas.In a former life, I was a news manager (and previously a producer, reporter and assignment editor) who worked in Buffalo, NY, Washington, DC, Philadelphia and Dallas-Fort Worth. My work was honored with four Emmy Awards and an Edward R. Murrow Award for Journalism Excellence.
