We craft strategies for different market sectors and return profiles, pinpoint potential investor targets, and engage with them directly.Externally, I communicate our investment strategy to clients, prospects, and the market through presentations, seminars/webinars, articles, white papers, podcasts, and other thought leadership activities. Internally, I provide regular updates on the investment landscape and topical issues.As a member of the executive management team, I also sit on the European Real Estate Investment Committee and chair our Global Proptech Working Group. Leveraging this analysis, I advised the Corporate Occupier team and their clients on optimal real estate and portfolio strategies.I developed a deep understanding of corporate occupiers' mindsets and business models to ensure their real estate needs were perfectly aligned. I specialized in the financial services, technology sectors, and co-working spaces. Additionally, I created cross-sector thematic research on topics like location planning best practices and the impact of emerging technologies on real estate strategy.I regularly presented my findings to both internal teams and external clients, addressing a diverse range of audiences.

As head of NSW and ACT research my role was to monitor and forecast for the office and industrial markets. I had national responsibility for industrial and healthcare and retirement living. I devised and wrote white papers on topical issues and led on thought-leadership. I added-value to business lines by contributing towards pitches, presentations and submissions and meeting directly with clients. I regularly presented on all aspects of our research internally and externally to clients, industry bodies and other stakeholders. Outside of Colliers I was a founder member of the NSW ULI Young Leaders Committee for 2 years and UDIA Young Developers Committee for 2 years. I founded and chaired the NSW RTPI Network. I was a member of PWC Toastmasters for 2 years including a stint as President.

Additionally, I developed strategic policy approaches to address complex problems, managed data collection, collation, and processing, and conducted highest and best use assessments. My role also involved demographic analysis, peer reviews, financial feasibility modeling, cost-benefit analysis, employment demand assessments, and economic impact assessments.
