As BISAM's Managing Director of Professional Services, Tom managed a global team of 24 consultants who implemented B-One, BISAM’s Performance Measurement, Attribution and Risk platform. He was responsible for 5M Euro in annual consulting revenue.➤ At Liberty Mutual Group Asset Management, Tom led a team of 10 through calculating total return, security-level return and attribution for 229 fixed income portfolios. The implementation included daily reports to Portfolio Managers and quarterly reports to ratings agencies➤ For the Capital Group, he led an international team of 12 through a 3-month proof of concept that demonstrated B-One’s ability to calculate return for CG’s 2,500 composites and 5,000 portfolios.
