Owning and operating small businesses I found that mindset was the limiting factor in key decision making.Creating one of Australia's first hemp food brands proved challenging for the current skills I possessed at the time and stress got the better of me. After operating in the cannabis industry, with products targeted at wellness I realized that nutrition and cannabis products were not a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness after being diagnosed with Stage 4 advanced blood cancer.I shifted my focus through the recovery journey to focus on the power of the mind, and the underlying trauma that came to the surface in those challenging moments, and the unresolved emotions that drove my belief systems.I took my business acumen and applied it to consulting in start-ups and business growth with my focus on the mindset of the founders in the business.
