At the moment, I'm working on several areas of the business that all relate to the customer experience and sales teams. With a focus on lead acquisition, customer journeys, reporting, and improving Oracle CX CRM to innovate and streamline processes across Corplex. Prior to this, I held a central role at DS Smith's Plastics division, where I successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the board.Finding solutions and technology to simplify processes and ease data flow is what I enjoy doing. It's my goal to make everyone's work life that little bit easier and more efficient.I am always keen to learn new skills and continually improve my current skillset while gaining day-to-day business knowledge.I believe in the power of technology to help aid and transform business functions, and I'm always ready for a challenge to help make that happen.
