Employing a variety of advanced analytical methods to determine organic and in-organic contents of production materials along with wastewater treatment systems, industrial effluent drainage systems and designed effluent treatment plants, improved process of sewage treatment plants according to the correct parameters.• Implementing and setting up the use of chromatographic spectrophotometric and titrimetric methods along with general laboratory procedures and documentations for metal content, drinking water, wastewater and other analysis.• Actively involving in the research and development of new and improved synthetic paints, adhesives, metal pretreatment chemicals, platting solutions, coatings, natural latex applications, and improved manufacturing and waste management processes that increase quality, save energy, optimizes costs and reduce impact to the environment.• Analyzing of raw chemicals and using of kinetic, electrochemical and thermodynamic principles in a practical environment to simulate the operations of chemical plants and suggesting to the management through relevant analytical testing on the purpose of cost reductions and process optimizations. • Applying of theories and processes for product development in a wide range, from chemical productions to metal pretreatment, plating, coating, paint formulation, and cost reduction through relevant analytical methods.• Optimizing complex chemical processes, and minimizing the effects of these processes on the environment, particularly in the metal treatment, plating and hazardous waste generation operations.• Providing guidelines to factory operatives that outline the proper ingredients, mixing times and optimum temperatures during all relevant stages of the manufacturing process.
