In this capacity, he improved sales and people capability.Earlier, as GM at Elmco Duddy, he turned around the business to a profit in mid-1992 and maintained profitability. He joined the firm as a Branch Manager.Tom started his career as an Outside Sales Rep for Delco Sales in 1984. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of California, Riverside (Four Year Starter Tennis, Team Captain Final Year and Top Gun, MVP), and was certified as a Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) at Indiana University.
