Since with RETTEW, Mr. Eby’s primary role has been to manage and conduct the Natural Sciences aspects of projects for various natural gas, development, and transportation clients within the region. Some of his experience includes project management, managing field crews, PADEP Ch. 105 compliance, USACE Nationwide Permit compliance, stream restoration design and monitoring, agency coordination, threatened and endangered species coordination/surveys, wetland delineation, and aquatic resources reporting.

Mr. Eby has experience in environmental consulting with ERM as a biologist and field ecologist. Project experience includes wetland delineation, wetland restoration/mitigation, threatened and endangered species habitat surveys, ecological risk assessment, stream characterization, various sampling, and compliance with environmental regulatory requirements and permitting. He has conducted on-site training of field personnel while leading wetland delineations. Mr. Eby has experience overseeing contractors during wetland construction/restoration, wetland maintenance activities, and surveying. He also has experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to prepare maps and reports by evaluating spatial datasets.
