Some of his primary responsibilities include the processing of monthly financial reports and preparation of the narrative variance analysis, lease administration, tenant billing and accounts receivable, collections and the annual operating expense reconciliation and budget preparation. Tom is proficient in Skyline, MRI, Yardi and Kardin. Tom’s proven capabilities have made him a valuable member of the Kidder Mathews Property Services’ Team. Being in the financial accounting field since 1984, Tom experience includes consolidated financial reporting, Acctg. Staff Mgmt, capital project acctg/system oversight, consolidated financial reporting, investment accounting, cash flow variance analysis, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and accounts receivable and Tax reporting.
