He is a forward-thinking leader with a drive to continually improve and enhance standards in the valuation and advisory services industry.As a senior leader, he engages CBRE’s industry-leading platform to drive innovative solutions for its VAS business. During his 16-year tenure, CBRE has increased the number of global assignments to more than 518,000 annually, grown service clients across 54 countries from 230 offices worldwide, and expanded the VAS team to more than 3,000 professionals. Under Tom’s leadership, CBRE VAS extends a full breadth of global resources, including exclusive access to the most comprehensive proprietary and third-party data in the industry; advanced technologies including forecasting and predictive modelling; embedded quality and risk management practices; and subject-matter experts that provide unmatched local market intelligence and property-type specializations to ensure clients receive the most accurate and reliable reporting.Prior to becoming Global President in 2019, Tom was the Head of VAS Asia Pacific at CBRE, where he created the largest residential valuation business in the Pacific, delivered leading quality and risk management mandates, and developed CBRE’s first proprietary valuation management platform that set the standard for the industry.
