Joint Forces Air Component Commander (JFACC): Augment 7th Fleet exercises and operations in the Pacific Fleet Area of Operations.

Reserve Component Commander, T-45C: Responsible for the proficiency and administration of 54 Navy Reserve flight instructors. Conduct direct liaison with all levels of the chain of command to ensure Reserve personnel are properly integrated into the Active Navy Component. Train Student Naval Aviators in all aspects of advance jet maneuvers and aircraft carrier qualification.

Augment NSAWC active duty staff during Air Wing training. Provided feedback and guidance to Naval Air Wing aircrew during exercise training for overseas deployment.

Direct and manage over 210 personnel in the operations, administration, maintenance and safety of 12 F/A-18 aircraft. Responsible for the readiness and training of 18 pilots, 170 maintenance personnel, and a staff of over 20 administration and safety personnel for possible Mobilization for the Global War on Terror. Direct a budget of over 16 million dollars for operations, maintenance and day-to-day management of the squadron.

Officer-in-Charge and Instructor Pilot, F/A-18 Hornet: Led 37 member Navy Reserve Augment Unit in support of active duty F/A-18 instructor pilots. Responsible for the administration, pay matters and tactical proficiency of unit members. Instructed F/A-18 student pilots in all aspects of the Hornet Fleet Replacement Squadron syllabus.

Work Plans, Policy, Strategy and Doctrine on military, commercial and international space related issues in the J-5 Directorate. Force Enhancement Branch Chief. Multiple briefings to 3- and 4-star Generals and Admirals on space-related issues.

Led Operations, Maintenance and Safety Departments during training and combat operations throughout pre-deployment workup and six-month deployment. Expertly managed a 6 million dollar operational budget for training and operations of 12 F/A-18 aircraft and 18 pilots. Guided an award-winning maintenance department of 180 personnel during deployment with no major discrepancies or injuries. Flew 5 combat missions during Operation Deliberate Force in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Attended Naval Aviation Safety Officer School at Navy Post-graduate school in Monterey CA.

Coordinated all aspects of numerous air wing detachments to include live ordnance deliveries, range scheduling, and familiarization/safety briefings

F-15 Aircraft Commander/Combat Flight Lead. USAF pilot exchange tour. Performed as Flight Lead/Mission Commander during large multi-national, fighter force combat operations in support of OPERATION DESERT SHIELD/STORM. Flew 33 combat missions. Chief of Scheduling, responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly scheduling of 24 F-15 Eagle assets and 44 personnel. Asst. Chief of Weapons and Tactics, Wing Mission Planning Team.

F/A-18 Aircraft Commander/Training Officer. Led all aspects of air-to-air and air-to-ground fighter employment as 4-plane division lead. Additional duties: Asst. Operations Officer, expertly tracking and monitoring flight statistics for 18 pilots accumulating more than 4500 flight hours annually. Utilized statistical results to plan training and scheduling evolutions; Maintenance Division Officer, managing 22 personnel in the scheduled maintenance of 12 F/A-18 Hornet aircraft during shore based and shipboard operations; Flight Scheduling Officer, Post Maintenance Check Flight Pilot.

Student Naval Aviator. Named to the Commodore's List in every stage of training, signifying the top 10 percent of all Student Naval Aviators.Training Squadrons 27, 19, 7
