Senior Field Service Technician
I am responsible for installing, testing and repairing both hardware and software on election equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and upgrades to election equipment at customer’s location. Interact with employees within the company and also with customers outside of the company usually by phone or email as I am outside of the company area. Provide technical support either by phone or on site to customers during an election so their election runs smoothly. Control my expenses as I am located outside of the company area and am on the road all of the time. I am qualified to work on ES&S’s DS850, DS450, and M650 central count tabulators; M100 and DS200 precinct tabulators; ExpressVote voting machine; and the Automark ballot-marking device (ADA).
