Since June 2018 I have been working with CSG International helping them take over billing functions from Telstra Wholesale. I have been helping with the training of CSG staff on how to perform Telstra Wholesale billing functions. While doing this I have also been liasing with Telstra Wholesale with billing requests and process changes.I worked with Telstra Wholesale from December 1999 to June 2018 as a member of the billing team. During my time with Telstra I've spent time in many billing teams and have learnt many aspects of the products and services Telstra offers its customers. I'm very confident using the processes and systems required to complete any task I'm given and to impart this knowledge to others to ensure they have the opportunity to learn and excel at their work. I'm able to work within tight time frames to ensure customers (Internal and External) receive the information they require.I continuously look for ways in which to develop both personally and professionally, by taking on new challenges. I have an ability to see problems from different angles and provide multiple solutions. Managing staff to ensure targets are met and providing problem solving assistance to them.
