I provide a non-advised service to help my clients with their day-to-day finances. It is my role to improve the financial position of every customer I interact with on a daily basis by being simple, personal and fair in all of my internal and external relationsips. I take great pride in my work, with focus on delivering sustainable results, while never compromising the integrity of myself, or Santander.I enjoy the relationship building aspect of my role and take great pride that some customers have followed me to the 5th branch at Santander I have now worked in. I am happy to take on other aspects within the organisation such as dealing with complaints and bereavement as well as being a key holder at my current branch, which includes opening and closing the branch and maintaining the vault balance.

I spent the majority of my time at Currys as a salesperson. This involved dealing with customers face to face and also by telephone. I had weekly, monthly and yearly targets to hit for both sales volume and quality. I took great pride in my performance as a salesperson and was often top sales in my store. Taking responsibility for my individual performance empowered me to always seek improvement.
