• Liaise with boarding system developers and manage micro projects to keep internal systems update with the latest products.

Promoted to an administrator as Global Leasing sub-company is formed within First Data. Responsibilities include boarding new business to core systems, liaising with customers/manufacturers and setting up mail-merges/data sets for internal sales team.

Transferred into the MI team on secondment after I successfully rolled out an interest calculator to 100+ staff for improved customer experience.

Working on the phone for multiple credit card companies as a customer service representative and facilitating balance transfers between accounts.
