Responsible for managing Stadium Operations for all Seattle Seahawks home games for the 2012 and the 2013 SuperBowl Championship season, including hosting the 2013 NFC Division Championship, and the 2013 NFC Championship.Work with the Director of Security to administer all NFL security policies, staffing levels, and safety standards, including the staffing of Seattle Police, King County Sheriff, Seattle Fire, StaffPro, Stadium Security personnel and Alcohol Enforcement. This also included the introduction of the NFL clear bag and magnetometer wanding policies for all NFL host events.Work with the Director of guest services to insure adequate staffing levels of all ushers, attendants, YouthForce employees, wheelchair dispatch, Hawk12 dispatch, ticket takers, greeters, and egress monitors.Work with the General Manager of our concessionaire (Levy Restaurants / Delaware North) to insure adequate staffing, alcohol policy compliance, and catering fulfillments for all game days.Schedule and facilitate weekly Game Day Management Team meetings with reporting from all departments.Attend and report on all Seahawks weekly Game Day Presentation meetings.Work with the Seattle Seahawks Directors of Community Outreach and Corporate Partnerships to ensure that needs for all activations, charity events, and promotional events are met for Seahawk game day.Work with the Managing Director of Fan Development to ensure that all pre-game, halftime, and post-game entertainment needs are met and accounted for on Seahawk game day.Work with the Director of Technical Operations to ensure all broadcast requests are accounted for and met for Seahawks game day.Create, maintain, and report to a game day staffing and expense budget.

Technical Director and House Manager for the 7,200 occupancy WaMu Theater, a state of the art flexible concert venue hosting international performers such as: Bob Dylan, Alicia Keys, Neil Young, Robert Plant, Dolly Parton, The Killers, Leonard Cohen, Muse, and Paul Simon.Event Manager as assigned in the Stadium and the Event Center including: MLS Soccer, International Soccer, NCAA Football, full stadium concerts, tradeshows, consumer shows, road races, charity walks, luncheons, auctions, and galas.Coordinate move in, lighting, sound, A/V, SFX, staffing, security, electrics, catering, concessions, ticketing, permitting, crowd control, and strike for all assigned events.Produce and maintain budgets for all assigned events and facilitate settlement post event as well as provide estimates for prospective clients.Work collaboratively and provide input to all departments and vendors of the CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center including Guest Services, Technical Operations, Facility Operations, Conversion, Security, Box Office, Levy Restaurants, Aramark Housekeeping, IPM Parking, AVMS audio visual, and Edlen Electrical.
