Manager of the Centre’s engineering team involved in development and scale up of chemical processes for producing advanced materials. Oversight of bench-scale development engineers, pilot plant operations group, and technology transfer of processes to manufacturing. Also Client Relationship Manager, acting as interface between external clients and internal project teams working on fee-for-service materials R&D and scale-up projects. Proficient in statistical design of experiments and data analysis, and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Design for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Past Chair and member of University Partnerships Committee in charge of fostering industry-university interactions.
