Due to the current market and lack of rigs, being under employed is better than being unemployed. Currently drilling in the Haynesville Shale.

All previous responsibilities with the additions of multiple daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual documented inspections. Increased auditing, documentation, and managerial responsibilities. Comprehensive Rig Inspections, management audits, well control audits, and comprehensive maintenance audits. @Hand work orders and asset tracking. All HR and HSE issues stem through Rig Manager. Incident tracking through IMS (online incident management system). Full understanding of Patterson UTI's management system, forms, and processes. As Rig Manager, I've lead and managed our people, managed company business to achieve our goals, efficiently and proficiently operated and maintained equipment, and partnered with our customer to achieve both of our goals- all incident free.

Rig Manager is responsible for every aspect of daily rig operations and supervises all employees working on the rig as well as drilling activities and rig equipment. This includes compliance with Company policies, rules and regulations, ensuring that employees and onsite personnel are working safely, planning maintenance and minimizing rig down time. The Rig Manager provides leadership, safety compliance and direction in resolving operational and personnel issues. The Rig Manager is also responsible for planning and directing drilling operations, rig moves, as well as regular communication with Company personnel, third parties and Customer representatives.

DRILLER. 5 man crew (supervising 4 men MINIMUM). Oversee all third party operations, all drilling operations, safety, and maintenance. Drill straight hole, tangents, curves, and laterals. Run surface casing, intermediate casing, and production casing. Cement casing at all stages. Know and understand ALL formulas for any pressures, volumes, capacities, displacements, ECD'S, mud gradient, hydrostatic pressure, pump outputs, and kill sheets.
