This role has provided me with experience delivering apprenticeship and BTEC specification to a wide range of athletes. I have worked with major sporting governing bodies such as England Hockey, Netball England, UKA and the Premier League successfully to obtain high achievement rates for their athletes. In order to be successful in this role I have been required to help organise and work at high performance camps for elite athlete, as well as working with them via distance learning to motivate them to achieve.
