I have worked as a Quality Officer for the last 2 and a half years. In that role I have been responsible for auditing the assessment of claims and interactions between contact agents and our customers via calls, email and live chat.We audit based on a strict criteria, focusing on legal compliance, internal company processes and fraud. I have a wide knowledge range of the company processes across several areas, ranging from customer service skills to legal responsibilities.A key part of my role is offering coaching and feedback to agents and assessors to help, support and develop my colleagues understanding and skills. I view my role as one of the key areas of support and training to ensure a high quality of service.We have recently begun fraud training as a critical part of our fraud departments investigations. In doing so, I have been able to build a new skill set, which helps me to identify, evaluate and raise potentially fraudulent claims.
