A senior change leader with over 20 years’ experience in Operations and IT in top tier universal banks. Most recently leading large-scale Technology-centric change initiatives and / or the departments and resources responsible for change.A highly driven individual with a history of taking on new challenges and delivering results quickly. Achievements have been built on a passion for people, productivity, efficiency, and control, helping to bridge the gap between business and technology, and establishing the right organisational structures for success.Experience has primarily been in Investment Banking and Corporate Banking, with indirect exposure to Wealth Management and Asset Management. Primary product experience is in Securities.Since 2010 my experience has been leading multi-year Technology change programs, primarily but not solely via Agile Software delivery teams and broader Agile Ways of Working. Programs have included several regulatory change initiatives, and several business and technology transformation programs. When not running large programs I have held Portfolio roles and / or department leadership roles where I’ve managed the senior resources who lead such programs. I’ve enjoyed a Business Management / COO role, and been involved in several organisational change programs, e.g. moving to skills-pool models and most recently large-scale, cross-department Agile Ways of Working. I’m currently in a “Tribe Lead” role, responsible for over 200 resources across Technology, Business and Operations.I’m currently based in London, UK, but with strong international experience, including living and working in Zurich, Switzerland, for over 5 years, living and working in New York briefly, and having regularly travelled for work to the US, Europe and Asia throughout my career.A contributor beyond the day-job I have always committed to lead and support ‘extra-curricular’ activities, including diversity initiatives, graduate recruitment, mentoring, and regional people strategy leadership roles.
