Well, since I'm retired for five years now I suppose I could expand on my recent accomplishments, (besides really good naps). Until 2020, I had been doing science outreach programs for kids and adults through the Atlanta Astronomy Club and the Georgia Mineral Society. I have been the Mineral Section chair for the GMS and active in club activities. I have been reconnecting with extended family members across the country. I've been developing hobbies of astrophotography and mineral collecting. Well, the work history is a year out of date. I've been building my public astronomy skills by going to star parties and contributing talk and telescopes. I've had two Makerfair talks about building telescopes and astrophotography for beginners. I've been building my own photography skills and I've been working with microcomputers like the Raspberry Pi to refresh my Linux skills. I want to teach and do public lectures down the line. I've joined a local geology club to find minerals and new friends. I'm staying very busy, but enjoy having enough free time to talk with people during the day. I'm taking my bucket list seriously and each item accomplished (like visiting the Keys) leads to more possibilities.
