CFO resigned in March 2020 leaving me to supervise a small staff of Real Estate Accountants remotely.Completed implementation of utilizing third party vendor to process and pay all property utility bills.Set up the books and recorded the acquisition of a 12-property portfolio purchased in the first quarter of 2020.Negotiated contract with third party to perform all accountant functions and went live with first group of properties.Due to turnover at the Property Accountant level prior to start date, performed Accountant functions for a 20-property affordable portfolio, including cleaning up a substantial amount of tenant ledger maintenance dating back to 2019.Performed the following functions on the 63-property portfolio after the completion of the 2019 audits: Recorded auditor entries and updated final 2019 internal financial statement packages for tax credit investors. Completed final 2019 DSCR calculations. Uploaded 2019 final LP/LLC income tax returns and sent out individual investor K-1’s.
