With over 25 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, including key roles at Royal Unibrew, Kelloggs, Colgate-Palmolive and Unilever, I have developed a proven track record in sales, business development and general management. I joined Lavazza Denmark ApS as Sales Director and later advanced to General Manager with the mission to accelerate the growth of Lavazza and Merrild in Denmark.Since 2013, we have significantly increased our market share, becoming the leading coffee supplier in Danish retail – and along the way, we have more than tripled our team and earned a Great Place to Work certification, reflecting our dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture. I believe in open leadership that empowers individuals and that adaptability, flexibility and a results-driven mindset are key qualities for finding new solutions to everyday challenges - and to succeed in the ever-evolving market landscape.
