Tom Feehan has 39 years of experience in the industry beginning his career for a local custom home builder in 1977; Tom started his own company in 1981. This phase of Tom’s career focused on design resulting in Tom designing thousands of projects while constructing a limited number for select customers.By the end of the 1990’s customer requests for Tom to construct the projects following completion of the design increased sharply and brought about the realization of greater satisfaction in seeing projects through completed construction. In turn, customers appreciated this seamless process of working with one company for both disciplines and avoiding the circular communication problems and increased construction costs which, arise from beginning a new relationship with another construction company upon completion of the architectural work.Feehan Design & Build, Inc. was created to focus on an even more personalized and flexible, design / build company.
