The company covers all aspects of residential landscaping from maintenanace to projects. As owner operator, my responsibilities stretch from initial marketing through to developing leads and opportunities, completing site measures and surveys, estimation, finance and contract management. I also ensure the WHS is adhered to and maintained on all sites and ensure projects are completed on time and to budget.In a short space of time I have created a landscaping company with a number of successfully completed projects and an established client base and I have also engaged and manage a casual maintenance employee.
