The pilot project realized annual savings of over $250,000 per annum, and led to further projects on a range of investments with the client.Project ManagementManaged over twenty projects, of values ranging from $30,000 to $315,000, with project teams of up to fifteen consultants. Client sectors ranged from mining and metals to retail. • Designed the mining sector strategy for a major international development bank.
