Give me a call and let's talk. The written word just doesn't quite convey the heart of a person and there sincere passion for things they believe strongly in. Having said that, I am consumed with a passion to create "GREAT" music and worship to and for the Glory of God. Bringing the realization to someone or a group(whether they are paid or not) that there is a higher plane(level) inside them, and helping them find that brings tremendous joy and satisfaction. To elevate the level of sacrifice someone makes in finding that next level is one of the reasons God has called me into ministry. I feel for to long we have given "what we could" to the Lord in our quality of worship. What He deserves is better than the best. Sorry..I started preaching. I have been a Creative Arts Pastor at medium size churches, large and very large churches(2400) and God has allowed me to be successful in each place. Having to stay "relevant" is the biggest challenge of a man my age. Working with all sorts of personalities has caused me to grow and work to stay "in touch" with what works and what doesn't. Also how to follow as the vision of the church is set before us by the Senior Pastor. I'm eager to be of use to help the younger ones starting out to know what moves to make and how to "keep from getting fired". I know that God is not through with me yet and things are going great here at Crestview. We have been blessed with a great Senior Pastor that can blend a staff with all kinds of backgrounds. It has been a blessing to watch God do His thing here and can't wait to see what is next. I'm always open to what other ways I might help in equipping the ones at the beginning of there careers. I am the Pastor of Creative Arts in our worship exp. Our church averages 1,200(and thankfully growing) on Sunday am. I lead all services both a traditional and two fully contemporary with instrumentalist, vocalist, A/V workers, music assistant, and participating creative team, etc. I oversee full time audio and video directors that create things for services, advertising, and print materials that go out from our church.

The Program is based on the "God, High and Lifted Up" event in Dallas. Bringing in well known Christian artist and having them do there most famous songs(as well as some of there new) with full orchestra and a choir of 200 made up from churches in the Midland/Odessa area. The location is the new 75 million dollar facility called the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center.All proceeds going to... "Feed the Kids".. that go hungry every weekend when they aren't at school and there parents either can't or don't feed them. Our goal is to endow "Feed the Kids" with permanent funding that will last long after we are gone.

More churches where I led worship and filled in for the church while they looked for the full time person. Every time the opportunity was offered to me to stay on full time but I wasn't feeling God's call on my life at any of those fine churches.
Led the Music program, chose music, directed choirs, band and orchestra, etc. along with preparing for Sunday svc's and leading in worship. Attended all staff mtgs., visitation, hospital visitation,etc. and other church wide events throughout the week. (really great church and staff there)
