At M&C Saatchi Group I lead the network’s sustainable business transformation strategy and head up our global consultancy, LIFE. We work with clients to close the gap between marketing, business and sustainability strategy in order to reduce risk and maximise the sustainable transformation opportunity. LIFE blends proven business transformation and sustainability experts with the best brains of M&C Saatchi Group. We think in systems, collaborate together with clients on solutions and craft compelling stories to inspire meaningful and measurable change. Previously I worked within M&C Saatchi London where I spent over 20 years working to shape, innovate and build brands across disciplines, categories and markets. I became MD and equity partner in 2016. Alongside working for some of the worlds largest consumer businesses I spearheaded the growth of our social impact category work which has seen the group develop market leading expertise in behaviour change and social issues. This includes social cohesion, education, health and well-being, and sustainable lifestyles. I am an advocate and agitator for change within the marketing and communication industries. I believe it has an essential role to play in the transition but that it must adopt a radically different model that deploys regenerative principles. I am a proud contributor to Purpose Disrupter’s work in the sector, and support other campaigning groups. I'm an experienced company board member, and am a strategic advisor to early stage creative businesses in health, music and advertising. I like also like travelling, photography and spending time with friends. 😉
