As Managing Director, he led the agency’s multi-million dollar revenue growth via new business wins. Tom’s global entertainment industry related knowledge helped the agency develop relationships in music, film, sports, and fashion.He had prior served as a long-time consultant to Leo Burnett and other agencies and has worked with most of the major Film Studios, TV Networks, Record Labels, and Cable and Satellite providers. Tom has also worked with CCTV (China) and Avex (Japan) in both the TV and Music industries. He has also worked extensively as a Music Supervisor. As an advisor/partner to media and production companies, including Modern Luxury, Exceptional Alien, VNYLab, Ripplebox, Cxmmunity, and Deviants, Tom helps build and grow unique media and entertainment properties (luxury, travel, music, gaming lifestyle) and helps shape new forms of live event and filmed experiences.Tom is an active and popular speaker and also advises global brands and early stage companies on emerging trends and innovation in the media/entertainment industries, including Sprockit (Google, Verizon, Samsung, Comcast, etc.). 
In the non-profit sector, Tom has advised The Annenberg Foundation’s explore.org division and served as a long-time Board member of the world’s first “rock n roll cancer foundation,” the Love Hope Strength Foundation (LHS). Tom's co-workers have helped him win numerous industry awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, Best Of Show awards, etc.
