Retired computer programmer finally getting satisfaction do what I've always wanted to do, but didn't know it.I'm currently learning Blender and after some initial frustration I'm getting the hang of it and creating the best work of my life.

Most recent work involves promoting adoption of the company's social networking intranet. This includes training users, architecting departmental spaces and collaborative groups, leading by example for blogs, discussions, polls, news sharing and profile building.Lead development of intranet applications. A typical project includes: Project management, requirement gathering and definition, application prototyping, development documentation, writing use cases, writing test cases, coordinating QA process, rolling out finished application, measuring success through acceptance testing and metrics analysis. I also develop and maintain Interwoven templates and workflows. Also responsible for web metrics and analysis.
