Product design & development- Concept sketching, 3D Modelling, CG Rendering, Client Presentation- Drafting: Generate technical drawings and CAD models required for client presentation and manufacturing.- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to define processes, material specification and costs. Project Management- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure projects and orders are being manufactured on time and accurately, whilst maintaining strong relations with all fabricators. - Managing project timelines and other staff on day-today tasks, whilst overseeing workshop productivity.- Generating purchase orders for components and manufacturing processes- Maintaining stock levels for all routinely used componentsInstallation Assistance- For some of the more complex projects both (interstate and local) require installation assistance/supervising to insure the best result is achieved.Prototyping- Using a large variety of mediums and techniques to assist in the development of products and projects in preparation for final manufacture. Techniques Include: scale timber models, 3D printing, rapid paper and cardboard prototypes.Fabrication- Fabricating a large variety of components for Projects and items in product range. - Skills include: Metal tube bending, Tap and die thread cutting, timber cutting and routing, metal tarnishing and polishing, acrylic welding and flame polishing.Product Assembly- Assembly and electrical wiring of product range items and custom projects
