Talent Acquisition Programs Lead
Current- Evaluate and oversee recruiting tech stack (including our ATS Greenhouse) and research technologies- Partner with HR Analytics to provide insights to the Recruiting Team and company leadership; track recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement- Improve the Recruiting Team's processes and documentation practices- Work with our People Team partners to improve the efficiency of Recruiting Operations and Recruiters- Lead project teams through the planning, design, operational optimization, change management and communication of sustainable and scalable Recruiting programs- Balance planning/strategy activities with tactical executions- Coach team members on operations best practices
