Conducting innovation projects in a fast-paced process (3 to 6 months) within multidisciplinary teams (design, engineering, business, strategy) for corporate clients.Creation of a new home shopping delivery business for Intermarché - Les Mousquetaires (French grocery retailer):• Market analysis, user interviews and understanding of customer needs• Design, prototyping and mass production of connected shopping boxes to be installed at customers' homes• UX/UI design of an app for the deliveryman and the end customers• Deployment follow-up with the customer and implementation of a pilot phase (200 users).Creation of Les Ripeurs, a waste removal and recovery service for Saint Gobain (€2M fundraising):• Creation of the application (UX/UI) and user journey to order a pickup• Implementation of the operational strategy (recruitment of teams, optimization of routes, etc.)• Implementation of an iterative approach to improve the application according to real needs (type of waste, pricing, etc.)

• Design of the Zenway interface, a multi-modal itinerary search terminal for tourists for the RATP, installed in more than 50 Parisian subway and RER stations.• User experience, graphic design and follow-up of development of a household energy consumption visualization solution for the Urmet intercom brand.• Implementation of user tests, rapid prototyping of interfaces and design of scenarios for various internal projects.
