Established yearly budget/roadmap for MDM applications and developed business cases for each project. Ensured Duke Energy standards and processes were followed on all projects. Data representing 80% of Duke Energy’s revenue passed through MDM systems prior to customer billing.• Implemented Oracle Utilities MDM 2.0, integrating the system with existing Head End, Billing, Meter Inventory systems and Data Hub.
