I worked Training Consultant for Business World. I go onsite and have initial contact with the customer to discuss all requirements and propose a package according to the training and system requirements. I then work alongside the customer to create the relevant training materials and deliver this to delegates on site and remotely through eLearning and webinar. I have also been involved in multiple implementations of the system, working on site and remotely with the build team to deal with any issues and errors that might occur in build and for Go live. I write blog posts and articles for the company website, as well as write, perform and edit How to videos on Business World for End-users to get quick and easy answers to common questions.

As an Account Manager for Perform I was overseeing client management for the European Games in Baku project. Keeping regular contact with the clients in Azerbaijan as well as the numerous teams in-house including production, technical content, and distribution among others to ensure that all deadlines and client needs are met in the run-up and during the event. I was also tasked with managing the PDC darts client maintaining the PDC websites, scheduling, and promoting events on various platforms while dealing with any client-specific requests.

Provided a strategic outline for coach development and training sessions, as well as creating an online database of coaching sessions available to all staff members via the company website.Formed strategic partnerships with local clubs and Football Associations to provide training and coaching to low income children.

I was managing all communications and advertisement for the facility both internal and external, running all social media platforms and producing new content for the website. I worked closely with the City Council and sport governing body Football West to implement new sporting strategies for the region, including launching a new Girls Football initiative. Part of my responsibility was also to manage and coordinate all the junior and adult sporting programs at the center. During this time I was also working as a U14 coach at ECU University soccer team and assisting with the U18 and 1st teams.

Mentoring * EducationCovering lessons for various classes and age groups in the college as well as assisting regularly in lessons and working one on one with students who needed extra help. I was also part of the team that implemented our mentoring scheme, working with underachieving pupils in small groups to help increase attendance and performance.

Developed, executed and managed Marketing and social media plans which encompassed a range of integrated initiatives. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, strategic planning, press releases, media & blogger relations – ensuring that brand equity was attained through a variety of media channels. I produced and updated all content for the website as well as working alongside a team of people to create an app and online booking system.I continued to coach as well as run coaching clinics for staff and parents who were looking to learn the basics of coaching football.

A multi-sport summer camp coaching children from 4-16 years old at various sports including, soccer, basketball, baseball, kick ball and many more.

I was part of a small team in charge of all social media, marketing and promotion for the company including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, writing blogs for the company and all of its subsidiaries, updating and creating the website and creating new content for the website. I developed a relationship with Montclair University giving students the chance to do coaching badges and gain part time employment with them also advertising our facility. Part of my role was also Head of Football Development, managing a team of 10 coaches and 25 teams, managing schedules, booking practices, games and dealing with any issues that may arise. I was also part of the Staff training team. Working with new coaches arriving from the UK.

Working in the marketing team to produce content for our social media and local advertising sources to promote programs and initiatives, which I help create and implement. I wrote blogs and updates for our website as well as conducting interviews with players for match day magazines and visiting schools to run assemblies and tater sessions. Alongside this I coached and worked in schools, delivering football sessions to players aged 3-16 years old in the Wiltshire area.
