Boeing Direct Hire transitioned from ACS Solutions Contractor as SE4 in Boeing GTS&S Apache Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Department. Designated as the UAE Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) SEIT Integrator, responsible for ensuring the success of critical technical milestones including Shop Turnover, Hardware Checkout, Hardware/Software Loading, Troubleshooting, Testing, and Fielding. Responsible for coordinating engineering activities such as software loading, and defect management during system integration and successful test phases of the Apache AH-64E LCT. Responsible for the conduct of major system requirements and preliminary/final design reviews; conduct analysis, perform trade studies, and develop technical recommendations. Designated as both Verification and Test Enabler, to lead problem solving and support other engineers in an AGILE team development environment focused on Quality Now-Improvement; SEIT/SE4s Support development of systems design and interfaces, requirements analysis and definition, systems integration, end user interaction, unit testing, and validation/verification. Assigned as the Casablanca AGILE SEIT technical lead for the UAE (& UK for Hazard &Safety log development) LCT device to provide coaching/mentoring and constructive feedback to drive high-quality deliverables. Subsequently assigned SEIT lead role for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) LCT(s) including: Morocco, UAE, Egypt, Kuwait and Netherlands supporting/leading production of performance and system level requirements development.

Completed editing/compilation of several past test procedure (STDs from several different aircraft fuel tank and compartment configurations) releases for compliance with MIL-STD-498 and system/software Data Item Description (DID) specifications; uploaded to DOORS and formatted for subsequent customer CDRL release. Performed dry runs of all Preliminary Quality Test (PQT) test cases. PQT test cases were executed in white box test mode using Green Hill emulator test equipment/configuration. Documentation configuration control with DOORS (IBM) for the C-17 Globemaster avionics 202 upgrade. Performed system test execution as part of a Parker Aerospace Fluid Systems Divisions (in Hauppauge, NY) Systems Test Team responsible for Formal Qualification Test (FQT) for the Boeing C-17 Globemaster fluid quantity computer system (FQC) avionics 107 upgrade.

SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER, [Electron International, Inc (EII) in Phoenix, AZ]; 2014-2016 Member of an Alternate Flight Control Unit (AFCU) Requirements Development Team for prime contractor Parker-Hannifin’s [Parker Aerospace Group Control System Division (CSD)] primarily implemented Problem Report resolutions supporting system requirement validation efforts during development of the Bombardier Aerospace Fly By Wire (FBW) CSeries ( now marketed as Airbus A220) and Global 7000/8000 aircraft development and certification projects; also member of Aerospace Recommended Practices (ARP) Tier 2 (System level)/Tier 3 (Configuration Item Requirements Documents- CIRD) Flow Down Tiger Team, supporting requirement validation efforts along with implementing/resolving technical and process related Problem Reports for Tier 2 and Tier 3 requirements. All efforts were performed in accordance with ARP 4754A (for aircraft certification) using DOORS (Telelogic Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System) requirements management environment verification and validation tools. Provided Lead for tiger team performing audit of Honeywell Aerospace final Boeing B787-9 regression test milestone results.

CONSULTANT (SENIOR SYSTEM TEST ENGINEER contract thru Midcom Inc), [Honeywell AERO, in Phoenix, AZ]; 2013-2014 Member of the Boeing 787 Core Maintenance function Verification Test Team, producing Test Plan & Procedure (TPPs), test scenario and procedure updates, executions and results analysis for B787 Requirements Management and HW/SW Integration for FAA flight test certification. Responsibilities included regression analysis, verification by analysis (VBAs), test verification, build integration, checkout and debug for Boeing B787-8 and B787-9 Level A (DO-178B assurance level) Honeywell Flight Controls Core Maintenance system requirements.

CONSULTANT (SENIOR SYSTEM TEST ENGINEER contract thru Arnold-Hanafin Inc), and MANAGER (OLT Verification Test Team) [Goodrich Pump & Engine Control Systems - GPECS, in West Hartford, CT]; 2005-2008 Performed as technical lead (promoted to manager/direct hire) for verification of DO-178B compliant Open Loop Tests (embedded software in a system integration test bed) for a Honeywell Full Authority Digital Electronic Control (FADEC) T55 Engine Control System (ECS) for US Army’s BOEING Chinook C47 helicopter. Duties included technical leadership for a team of 5-10 test engrs, scheduling, task management, test development, full spectrum test documentation, and verification review/analysis of test procedures relating to requirement-based test objectives for test cases, and test script files for a configurable Generic Target Test System (GTTS) automated test bench (w/WINDOWS OS based REXX SW programming language environment). Produced logic diag. verification criteria; reviewed/analyzed SW Requirement Specification (SRS) and output files produced from Real Time test execution of a target Dual Channel (Primary/Reversionary) T55 Build 4 embedded ECS. Generated Problem Reports for test, code and requirement related issues identified during test result analysis. Designed, developed/coded and maintained a REXX based program data dictionary translation utility.
