A co-founder of 4Market, I am also an investor in and strategic partner to various start-up and mid-size organizations. Some notable career accomplishments of which I am proud include:• Founding the U.S. Dairy Export Council with 10 global offices and a Singapore Innovation lab. Increased U.S. dairy exports 600% over two decades with a budget of $32 million. Managed trade policy and coordinated policy with government agencies.• Founding the Innovation Center for U.S. dairy which, with over 400 members, led worldwide agriculture in setting, measuring, and reporting sustainability goals with and for the U.S. dairy industry. Built relationships with NGOs including the World Wildlife Fund as well as government organizations.• Creating Newtrient, a company that funds and develops environmental technologies that reduce carbon emissions and monetize manure. Established carbon and phosphorous trading platforms, allowing U.S. dairy to participate in these income streams.• Founded the GenYouth foundation, raising $240 million over 10 years to improve school nutrition and physical fitness, positively impacting 16+ million K–12 students annually. The GenYouth board included representatives of the NFL and Fortune 200 companies.• Designing first-ever long-term plan for the U.S. dairy industry utilizing futurists, The Institute for the Future, universities, and dairy industry companies.I am always interested in expanding my professional network and seeing what the future might hold.
