I'm responsible for enabling presales engineering team supporting commercial and public sector across North America. My team is tasked with qualifying customer requirements, providing presales technical analysis, technical demonstrations, and recommending the implementation services for AvePoint products. We focus on Office 365 migrations, SharePoint and Office 365 governance and compliance strategies for some of the largest organizations in North America. Outside of supporting the VP's and Account Executives across North America with their day to day and quarterly tasks I also focus on my team's development. I work directly with our CTO to implement new growth strategies and help my team meet their goals throughout the year.

I serve as the key technical point of contact for inside and enterprise sales groups. As the Director of Technology for the Kankakee School District. My tasks involved maintaining the district's network, managing the technical support staff and keeping up with the budget allocated for the team to ensure projects needed to be completed were funded and finished within the approved timeframe.During my time at KSD111, I completed quite a few major projects for the district. We deployed over 260 access points with my team, deployed a Sonicwall SRA SSL VPN for remote access for all our administrators, upgraded the entire virtual server environment and brought our internet to 1GB using Comcast and Sonicwall SuperMassive 9200.

Maintain server environment over ten sites. 48 servers throughout running Server 2003 and Server 2008. Implemented a Sonicwall e6500 firewall along with an SSLVPN connection. I've brought up five buildings on managed wireless solutions (Cisco and Meraki). A large part of the job involves keeping up with backups either onsite or offsite. Control an active directory structure containing 5600 users and 2000 computers.

I brought up four schools with Cisco VoIP telephony. I did this all from using one centrally managed Cisco Call Manager (Pub&Sub) and Cisco Unity box. I also managed the Cisco switches and routers at this time. I dealt with repairs to switches and routers as well as new deployment.

As a computer technician I in charge of desktop support for the Crete-Monee School District High School. I provided support for 200+ employees and 2000+ students. There were seven computer labs and every teacher had their own desktop computer. I worked in Active Directory to create and manage user domain user accounts. I also supported Cisco VoIP phones that were in every classroom as well.
