My current position allows me a use and develop a selection of skills and overcome new challenges including• Managing a team of 3 people (including a point of Escalation, Yearly reviews, Helping with personal development etc).• Report directly to Senior Management, Directors and Stakeholders.• Identifying Risk and analysis this and any potential impact and mitigate where possible or escalate and report to a higher level.• Support, Publish and Promote the request process to increase the visibility of the team, and the benefit we bring to the business• Investigate and implement improvements to processes, with the intention to automate and reduce steps to be as lean as possible.• Complete external audits working with Vendors and Manufactures on a proactive basis.• Facilitation and enablement of business (critical) decisions via internally maintained systems.• Delivering software audits, using a variety of SAM Tools and databases to track and monitor Software Assets.• Internal Audits and Compliance checks on Software Vendors• Working with external companies to provide evidence of compliance for software vendors• Extensive knowledge of software licences including Adobe (Cloud & CLP), Microsoft (Select and ESA licences).• Continuous improvement of current processes and procedures ensuring performance standards and legal/regulatory obligations are met.• Identification, creation and maintenance of Local Working Instructions, write training manuals, deliver training, mentor / coach newer members of staff and ensuring the planning and implementing communications • Using trend analysis to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.• Matrix management, to ensure work and objectives are delivered. • Project management from inception through to business implementation
