-Oversee and execute all aspects of brewery operations including brewing, packaging, sales, and beertending. -Manage inventory for both raw ingredients and front of house supplies, creating purchase orders to fill in gaps. -Develop and refine recipes for use in the brewhouse, including recipes that won 1 gold and 3 silver medals in the Minnesota Brewers Cup. -Work with our management group to create a brand identity which can be utilized when bringing our product to market in retail and keg accounts.

- Substituting for teachers on sick leave or personal days.- Spent time working with Activities Director on day to day activities, shadowing during budgeting, scheduling, and improvement projects. - Helped with ideas for the Football Stadium renovation, a 2 million dollar project.- Assistant Coach for the Boy's Varsity Basketball Team.

- Developed new clientele by making face to face connections and over the phone. - Commission based pay from selling personal training packages as well as supplement sales.- Worked with each client to better their physical fitness through diet and exercise planning.

- Played 4 years of college basketball at the Division II level under the legendary coach Don Meyer.- Was a part of 3 NCAA Tournaments and 2 Elite Eights.- Worked the Don Meyer camps as a coach and one year as an intern helping run the camps.
