This included the creation and delivery of a people-focussed plan to enableagile working capabilities across the workforce.● Managing international projects to transform ways of working by delivering truly unifiedcommunications with implementations of Skype for Business and then Microsoft Teamsfor meetings and telephony. Replacing aged telephony platforms and physical handsetsand enabling OC’s users to unlock the benefits of new technology, supported through adetailed change, training and communications approach.● Ownership of all technology aspects of the planned move of the Bristol office to the highprofile Halo building. From project inception working with key stakeholders and seniorleaders to create the detailed technology brief, developing detailed scope, and ensuringits inclusion in all design documentation. Procurement of all key equipment and servicesto deliver OC’s vision for Halo.

Responsible for the end to end management of technology and business transformation projects with values of up to £20m. Key achievements have included – - Managing a wide matrix team, including external consultants, technology suppliers and varied internal stakeholders, to deliver BIM level 2 capability to Surface Transport, and managing the procurement of a Common Data Environment technology system for the whole of TfL.- Managing procurement processes for operationally critical systems through existing frameworks or using full OJEU processes.- Responsible for management of all project and financial controls including budget creation and management, risk management, change control, project planning and dependency management, and progress and escalation reporting. - Applying project governance processes and controls and managing all project boards and approvals, creating and agreeing key decisions and options papers.Line-management and career development for up to three Assistant Project Managers at any one time.

Key achievements included - - Responsible for the successful delivery to time, budget and quality of key network, fit-out and installation work-streams on a £10m project to provide a new control system and control centres for London’s streets tunnels.- Managing a variety of external and internal suppliers across a number of sites to deliver agreed scope to time and quality.- Managing key project controls including risk and issue management and developing and tracking the overall project plan by integrating and challenging external suppliers’ project plans to gauge project delivery confidence.
