I've taught at the community college level for over 30 years and have produced both large and small scale commissioned work for nearly 50. I really enjoy creating sculpture with client input and communication, as well as writing my thoughts on related topics, and inspiring aspiring artists to break through imposed barriers and seek new heights and unexplored territory. There is a big world beyond community college and I hope to explore it, learn from it, play in it, and contribute to Its nurturing for the remainder of my days.Specialties: welded sculpture, culturally significant signage (see The Fiddler's Green Music Shop), inspirational lectures on creativity, Kreatonics, and related topics, writing, problem solving, Cobra DHC 2000 oxy-acetylene welding torch sales rep., drawing and design, music (singer/songwriter), welding as therapy for ADD, ADHD, PTSD revisioning, recreating your life through the dynamics of creativity. I have also enjoyed having autistic and hearing impaired students. A part of the message has been acknowledging the ability to see beyond self-imposed limitations. This is where we meet.
