Head of a team that designs NM’s core financial business systems. Drove enterprise efficiencies through the development and adoption of common application engineering patterns, standards and implementation guidance. Domains include: Client Management, Financial Planning, Insurance & Risk Product Administration, Salesforce Management, Wealth Management.--Increased the enterprise agility and efficiencies by (re-)architecting core software systems according to domain driven architecture, event driven architecture, and composable system principles.--Established the “common language” to document system designs in partnership with the NM architecture community streamlining effective communication and collaboration of system design activities across the enterprise.--Established the “NM Reference Architecture Library”, common templates and governance process to capture architecture strategies, principles, standards, patterns and implementation guidance that enabled NM’s architecture community to collaborate on establishing common application engineering and design approaches.--Performed R&D and POCs as necessary to support decisions leading to the build out of common software engineering platform capabilities providing acceleration to initiatives and creating operational efficiencies.

Led the development of NM’s digital transformation Target State Architecture and realization strategy.--Lead author and presenter of an enterprise scale application reference architecture that that today continues to serve as the common framework for the next generation of UX, APIs, business events and data processing core assets and platforms. Drove broad alignment of the TSA architecture from mid-level leadership through Board of Trustee levels.--Chartered and initiated multiple transformational initiatives to drive out multiple specialized platforms to support Target State Architecture realization.--Lead developer of NM’s cloud rationalization strategy that produces roughly $10M in annualized savings and created greater leverage for how NM deployed its valuable cloud engineering talent.

Pioneer of NM’s first public cloud platform and modern cloud applications.--Led R&D and POC efforts leading up to the establishment of a new organization to drive out NM’s public cloud foundation in AWS and the development of NM’s first modern cloud applications.--Head of new 70-person organization that designed and built out foundational data services and application platform on AWS to support joint client experience platform development between LearnVest and NM. The team was successful in meeting an aggressive contractual deadline.

Led the IT Process Automation practice. Started as an Associate and promoted three times to Managing Consultant. Consistently the most billable practice across all Revere Group Offices. Engaged in marketing services, business development process, and execution of work that led to high quality client outcomes.
