About Tom Goraj
I manage an extremely talented group of analysts, developers and customer service reps. Together, we maintain a multi million dollar field inventory, a collection of service-related web applications, a learning management system, as well as a field service reporting system. I started my career at OPEX as a field service technician in 1995, and then transitioned into the home office in 2006 to run the field service reporting, and spares management systems. In 2017 I was made manager of the newly formed Digital Service department. My department comes up with innovative and cost-effective ways to provide technical education, field service tools, and data management services for all divisions of the company.
